  2. The fee is paid once the homeowner has signed the agreement and the property has been rented.

  3. All referrals are tracked, and fees are paid on a tiered system. to an agent refers multiple properties during a calendar year.

  3. RE/MAX FREEDOM will send your referral fee for each client referral that signs with us.

  4. When your client is ready to sell or buy additional properties, we guarantee we'll refer them back to you.
